The 2024 Mustang Baseball League Season is just around the corner, and we're finalizing a few things before we kick off. This year, we're changing our team photographers and bringing on a content intern to capture moments throughout the season. As part of this, we'd love to celebrate our players by sharing team pictures, videos, and other content with you. However, we overlooked a step in registration—the photo release form. We kindly ask each of you to complete this form for your children by Sunday, April 28th, 2024.

We understand that some of you may prefer not to have your children's faces shown on our website or social media. That's completely okay. If this applies to you, please indicate "No" on the form. If, by chance, we mistakenly upload a picture we shouldn't have, send us a message or email, and we'll promptly remove it.

Our season pictures will be taken during Opening Ceremonies weekend on May 4th, 2024. Jessica Johnson from Rainy Butte Photography and Sabrina Dolezal from Prairie Wind Photography will capture the pictures. They will be taken in the West River Ice Rink following the schedule below.

Players should arrive in full uniform and bring their cleats, baseball caps, and gloves so they are ready to wear at their designated team time. Cleats are not allowed to be worn in the lobby of the West River Ice Center. Athletes should put them on once they are in the rink area (which has a concrete floor) and remove them before leaving the building. 

Athletes can leave once their photo is taken, as we'll combine these for the team picture. Parents are requested to stay outside the picture area to minimize noise and distractions and ensure efficient photo sessions.

Coaches are also encouraged to get their photo taken to be added to the team. This goes for head coaches and assistants. 

We encourage parents to opt into the gallery to receive notifications once the pictures are available for viewing and purchase.
