2025 Internship Opportunity

The Dickinson Mustang Baseball Club has two great opportunities available for a high school or college student passionate about marketing, communications, graphic design, photography, or related fields.  As we gear up for another season filled with passion, dedication, and camaraderie, we invite you to join us as a Creative Content Intern.

Position Details:

  • Location: Dickinson, North Dakota
  • Compensation: $1,000 stipend for the summer
  • Duration: May to June, approximately 60 total hours with flexibility of working hours to help capture content during the events listed below. 
    • The awarded applicant will be able to select which nights work best with their schedule with the board member supervisor. 
    • Opening Ceremonies on Saturday, May 3rd and Sunday, May 4th.
    • 3 nights during one week in May to capture pictures of all teams. 
    • 3 nights during one week in June to capture pictures of all teams. 
    • Coca-Cola League Tournament – June 23rd – 26th. 
    • Badlands Battle of the Bats Travel Tournament – June 27th-29th.
  • Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.

As a Creative Content Intern, you'll have the unique opportunity to encapsulate the essence of our program through the lenses of photography, graphic design, and storytelling. Whether it's freezing a game-winning moment in time or conveying the bonds shared among teammates, your creativity and enthusiasm will shape our narrative.

Application Process:

Applicants are required to follow the guidelines outlined in the accompanying document. Please submit your two-page statement summary by April 15, 2025. Decision notifications will be sent out by April 23, 2025.

Upon receipt of applications, a committee within the Dickinson Mustang Baseball Organization will review the applications. Selected candidates may be invited for an interview further to assess their qualifications and suitability for the internship position. The interview process may include discussions about future aspirations, past experiences, skills, and how the candidate envisions contributing to the organization’s goals.
